Expanding WTC’s Field Capabilities

Launched in August 2024, WTC’s Acidizing Division was built to support operators with responsive crews, reliable equipment, and a wide range of acidizing solutions.

Since opening in August 2024, West Texas Cementers’ Acidizing Division has pumped more than 300 jobs across a variety of field applications. From pump and flush work to SWD treatments, pipeline cleanups, casing and tubing jobs, and post-frac support, WTC brings practical field experience and operational reliability to every job.

Our acidizing team is equipped to handle high-volume treatments, specialty chemical applications, and demanding wellsite conditions with the same commitment to service that has helped WTC complete more than 8,500 cement jobs since 2018.

Pre- and post-acid jobs on SWDs with operating ranges from 10 BPM to 36 BPM, depending on job requirements and well conditions.

Specialty Acidizing & Chemical Treatments

WTC is equipped to support specialized treatment programs involving HCL, diverter, ClO₂, xylene, and related field applications.

For more complex acidizing operations, WTC supports specialty treatment programs using diverter, HCL, ClO₂, and xylene. One example includes a treatment involving 21K gallons of HCL, 4,500 lbs. of diverter with tracer built in, and 20K gallons of ClO₂ provided by a third party.
