WTC operates 17 pump trucks, including nine twin 1,110-HHP units, six “Dominator” 1,500-HHP units, and two twin 1,330-HHP units. All pump units include two 4-1/2” Jason pumps, 11,200-psi max pressure, dual Micro Motion, automatic density control, and a 20-bbl averaging tank.

Bulk Storage Built for Efficiency

WTC’s bulk storage and loading infrastructure helps support accurate blending, faster loading, and job readiness.

WTC operates two bulk plants with the ability to load three jobs at once. The bulk system includes a new dual-loading bulk plant, automatic sample catcher, 66 field storage bins, 36 bulk trucks, one 100-bbl batch mixer, and one 50-bbl batch mixer.

Specialty Acidizing & Chemical Treatments

For more complex acidizing operations, WTC supports specialty treatment programs using diverter, HCL, ClO₂, and xylene. One example includes a treatment involving 21K gallons of HCL, 4,500 lbs. of diverter with tracer built in, and 20K gallons of ClO₂ provided by a third party.

Purpose-built acidizing equipment for pump and flush jobs, SWD treatments, pipeline cleanups, casing and tubing work, and specialty acidizing operations.

WTC’s acidizing fleet includes 3 acid pumps, with one 1000-HHP unit and two 1500-HHP units. The division also includes 16 frac pumps, 3 kill trucks, 4 blenders, 2 salt trailers with 40K lb capacity, 12 acid transports with 5,000-gallon capacity, 5 data vans, and 3 TMV units. Live remote job monitoring is also available at no additional cost.
