WTC provides new well cementing services designed to support each critical stage of the well construction process.
Established in November 2018, West Texas Cementers has pumped more than 8,500 jobs to date, including over 2,100 surface jobs, 3,000 intermediate jobs, and 2,700 production and liner jobs. The company operates with 15 cement crews and an average crew experience of 10 years, giving operators access to proven field execution across the Permian Basin.

Equipped for Demanding Cement Jobs
WTC’s pump truck fleet is built to support new well cementing programs with power, redundancy, and control.
WTC operates 17 pump trucks, including nine twin 1,110-HHP units, six “Dominator” 1,500-HHP units, and two twin 1,330-HHP units. Pump units include two 4-1/2” Jason pumps, 11,200-psi max pressure, dual Micro Motion, automatic density control, and a 20-bbl averaging tank.

Bulk Storage Built for Efficiency
WTC’s bulk infrastructure helps keep jobs moving with dependable material handling and loading capacity.
WTC operates two bulk plants with the ability to load three jobs at once, including a new dual-loading bulk plant. Additional support includes an automatic sample catcher, 66 field storage bins, 36 bulk trucks, and 50-bbl and 100-bbl batch mixers.

WTC’s safety program includes PEC Core Safety Training, active observations from Safety Management, job and yard audits, and registration on PEC and ISNetworld.
Specialty Acidizing & Chemical Treatments
WTC is equipped to support specialized treatment programs involving HCL, diverter, ClO₂, xylene, and related field applications.
For more complex acidizing operations, WTC supports specialty treatment programs using diverter, HCL, ClO₂, and xylene. One example includes a treatment involving 21K gallons of HCL, 4,500 lbs. of diverter with tracer built in, and 20K gallons of ClO₂ provided by a third party.
